Job seekers descended on Wuxi recently as a local job fair, with a 150 companies exhibiting, had 3,000 posts up for grabs on Feb 20.
According to the human resource market, most enterprises this year were seeking technical talents for the manufacturing industry as it develops towards intellectualization.
In light of the demand for candidates who have technical skills, many enterprises are cooperating with local universities to develop back-up talents.
From mid-February to the end of March, more than 150 job fairs will be held in Wuxi with nearly 150,000 posts on offer.
