To ensure that services meet the needs of expatriates working and living in the city, Taicang, a county-level city in Suzhou, Jiangsu province, has recently launched a specialized section on its government service WeChat mini-program "太e办".

The zone comprises four modules and integrates 38 administrative services. Information such as service guidelines, application materials, and consultation hotlines is clearly presented, offering expatriates guidance for employment and daily life.

The zone also provides English navigation for government service halls throughout the city, enabling foreign nationals to easily reach them with just one click.

Taicang has always prioritized enhancing foreign-related services as a key measure to promote its opening-up. The Taicang Service Center for Expatriates was inaugurated on March 31, offering 73 services covering immigration affairs, foreign-related government services, and life integration support.

To date, more than 1,800 foreign companies have set up operations in Taicang, over 1,000 expatriates have taken up residence here, and about 20,000 foreign tourists visit the city annually.
