Application for a high-quality talent apartment in Taicang, a county-level city of Suzhou, Jiangsu province, has opened on Oct 10.

The apartment enjoys an advantageous location. It is adjacent to the Rhine Hotel, just 2 kilometers away from the Taicang Bus Terminal and 4 km from Wanda Plaza.

The apartment houses 313 single rooms and 100 double rooms. Each covers approximately 50 square meters, while the monthly rent ranges from just 910 ($127) to 990 yuan.

The rooms are fully furnished with sofas, beds, air conditioners, washing machines, and other household appliances. Additionally, they have incorporated smart door locks and smart meters.

Since applications opened, 33 people had already moved in as of Oct 13, while another 40 are waiting to be allocated units.

Eligible applicants can apply to rent the apartment through the "太易居" (Taiyiju) app.
