Taicang in Jiangsu province recently broke ground on its first all-age wellness service community project integrating healthcare, rehabilitation, and elderly care.

Located in Loujiang New City and adjacent to Ruijin Hospital Taicang Branch, the project integrates the standards of fourth-generation residences with comprehensive wellness services.

The project features three plots of land.

Plot 3 covers 24,637.6 square meters, with a total construction area of 65,265 sq m. It is equipped with a 3,600-sq-m health-care club and other supporting facilities.

Eight residential buildings will be constructed on Plot 3, offering 300 units ranging in size from 114 to 152 sq m, all fully furnished.

Upholding the wellness concept, Plot 1 and Plot 2 will develop residential, medical, nursing, and care facilities, as well as supporting amenities

The project is expected to be completed by 2027 and will set a new benchmark for urban residential development in Taicang, optimizing the living environment and increasing happiness.
