As an institution for supporting the industrial ecosystem and innovation-driven growth, the Fu'an Yangtze River Delta Sci-Tech Innovation and Incubation Center, located in Liuhe town, Taicang, focuses on industries such as advanced manufacturing, intelligent equipment, and new materials, offering resource-matching services along the industrial chain to support the development of the small and medium-sized tech enterprises housed within its premises.

As an incubator, the center has fostered nearly 50 early-stage talent initiatives, mainly high-tech ventures, including projects like Taicang's talent programs, Gusu's talent programs, and Jiangsu province's double innovation programs.

In addition, as an "accelerator", it has charted a future development trajectory prioritizing understanding the requirements of both enterprises and governments for the continued growth of these businesses.

In July 2024, Fangjiang Intelligence, a high-tech company specializing in the research and development of service robots, established a presence at the Fu'an Yangtze River Delta Incubation Center. This decision was influenced by Taicang's proximity to Shanghai, talent and subsidy policies, rent-free services, and resource support — all crucial for startups.
