The 2025 Taicang Cultural Tourism & Food Season, along with the Sino-German Food Fair, is scheduled to open on April 12 at the Alps Resort in Taicang, Suzhou.

Taicang's spring cultural tourism consumption promotion products will be launched during the event, while affordable discounts for recreational activities across the city's iconic touristic attractions will also be available.

Customized study tour routes for seafarers, university students, wellness groups, and food enthusiasts are set to debut at the event as well.

A Sino-German culinary show will take center stage at the event. From tender and fresh mandarin fish rolls with pickled mustard greens to the innovative Taicang Beggar's Chicken, crispy yet juicy German pork knuckles, and refreshing German salads, attendees are in for a marvelous clash of Chinese and Western flavors.

A bazaar featuring 30 stalls will also be set up on-site, offering Sino-German delicacies, Taicang specialties, and cultural and creative items for visitors to purchase.
