The factory is expected to significantly elevate the area's industrial output value.
Henkel, a Global Fortune 500 company headquartered in Düsseldorf, Germany, also launched its personal care manufacturing headquarters in the area and completed its acquisition of Suzhou Boke Biotechnology Co, a trusted local manufacturer for personal care products, on Feb 28.
By attracting a number of flagship and headquarters-level cosmetics leaders such as Henkel, Procter & Gamble, and Reckitt, the Taicang Port Economic and Technological Development Area is accelerating the development of the first cosmetics industry cluster base in Jiangsu province.
