Taicang in Suzhou, Jiangsu province, has made concerted efforts to mobilize society and improve the well-being of people with disabilities living in the city. Founded by the Taicang Roundtable, Inclusion Factory has helped 60 individuals with intellectual disabilities find meaningful employment.
