Taicang promotes aviation industry in Singapore

An investment promotion delegation from Taicang, a city in Suzhou, Jiangsu province, embarked on a visit to Singapore, a crucial aviation hub, aiming to promote the aviation industry of the city and attract related investment.

The delegation's first stop was the Singapore Airshow, one of the world's top three airshows. At the exhibition, the delegation visited 23 key local aviation enterprises, as well as renowned international and domestic aviation institutions.

In addition, the delegation participated in the China-Singapore Bilateral Aviation Forum organized by the Chinese Society of Aeronautics and Astronautics and the Association of Aerospace Industries Singapore. At the forum, the delegation presented a report that lays out the development of Taicang's aviation industry cluster.

The delegation also visited leading aerospace enterprises in Singapore to promote Taicang's aviation and aerospace industry cluster and extend invitations for these companies to explore opportunities in Taicang.

Currently, Taicang boasts a thriving aviation and aerospace ecosystem, with over 120 companies that span various sectors, covering key aviation components, new materials, airborne systems, support equipment, aerospace services, commercial space, general aviation, and unmanned aerial vehicles.
