Cycling has seen a boost in popularity in Taicang, a county-level city in East China's Jiangsu province. Here are some of the best cycling routes in the city.

Route 1

Route 1 consists of the Liuhe River Landscape Belt, Rothenburg Street, and Tianjing Lake Park. Cycling along the Liuhe River, cyclists can enjoy fresh air and a variety of flowers.

Route 2

Route 2 is comprised of Jincang Lake Park, Dianzhan village, Wanfeng village, and Donglin village.

Jincang Lake Park boasts a five-kilometer cycling lane around the lake. Cyclists can enjoy the fun of fruit picking, camping and farm-to-table fare in the three villages.

Route 3

Route 3 includes Yinxi Ecological Wetland Park, Shaxi Ancient Town, and Zhuangxi village; cyclists can savor local snacks like rice cake along the route.
