New industrial supply project lands in Taicang

ZKH Industrial Supply Co Ltd signed an agreement to build its headquarters in Taicang Port, Taicang, East China's Jiangsu province, on July 20.
The project represents an investment of $100 million and will specialize in the research and development, and manufacturing and sales of precision parts.
Founded in 1996, ZKH is China's largest service platform for digital industrial products in terms of sales volume. The company provides a comprehensive supply chain solution for other companies.

Users of ZHK's products and services include Mercedes Benz, Bayer, Fosunpharma and China National Offshore Oil Corporation.
In 2020, ZHK made 5.4 billion yuan ($836 million) in sales, a compound growth rate of over 70 percent.
Taicang Port is now working to accelerate the development of the digital economy, new semiconductor materials and the aerospace industry, as well as upgrade its traditional industries.
Over the next five years, the area aims to generate an extra 50 billion yuan in gross output value.
