TODES, a modern dance troupe from Russia, will give a performance in Taicang, Jiangsu province, on Nov 15, as part of their China tour this year.

They will perform a romantic love story with 29 dances including ballet, jazz, disco, ballroom dance, break dance and street dance.

Founded in 1986, the troupe is known for their beautiful dances and intricate movements like those in gymnastics.

It is now one of the top three dance troupes in Russia, representing the nation's highest level of pop dance, and they have been the dance partners of many famous stars such as Michael Jackson, Lady Gaga and Mariah Carey.

It was also the sole overseas troupe that was invited to perform at China's Spring Festival gala in 2012, when a performance of Swan Lake was staged.
