2. Sanjiashi village
Sanjiashi village, covering an area of 12,000 square meters, was first built during the final years of the Song Dynasty (960-1279) and is currently the only remaining ancient village in Taicang.
It retains an over 100-meter-long ancient street, with some 10 exquisite and delicate buildings constructed in the late Qing Dynasty (1644-1911) down the street. It also has a ginkgo tree with an age of more than 800 years, as well as an ancient well and an old temple.
The village has both profound cultural deposits and beautiful and unique scenery. It was listed among the sixth batch of the city's cultural relic protection units.

3. Zhuangxi village
With a green coverage ratio of more than 70 percent, a dazzling landscape of rice fields and sea of flowers along the riverside in Zhuangxi village has emerged over the years. A field of rice with different colors spanning over 60 mu has also been planted this year.
Additionally, the village has been bestowed with the honors of the "provincial-level ecological village" and the "provincial-level hygienic village".
