Large ships in Taicang over the years

A number of large ships fully loaded with cargo have passed through Taicang Port over the years, contributing to the high throughput of the port.

From January to June of 2018, the total container throughput of Taicang Port, with a total of 196 routes, reached 2.451 million TEUs, an increase of 11.7 percent year-on-year, making Taicang Port the largest container port by container throughput in Jiangsu province.

Here is a rundown of some of the largest ships ever to dock in Taicang Port.
