A China-Europe train pulled into Taicang Port Comprehensive Bonded Zone from Germany for the first time on April 28.

It is part of a brand new attempt by the bonded zone to respond to the Belt and Road Initiative, as well as a new experiment by Taicang's cross-border e-commerce enterprises looking to deliver their cargo via the China-Europe train.

This new means of transportation will definitely help the comprehensive bonded zone introduce more high quality products from countries along the Belt and Road route, according to the head of the Taicang Port Comprehensive Bonded Zone.
