Fifth Tongjue Temple Vegetarian Culture Festival

Tongjue Temple's annual Vegetarian Culture Festival will be inaugurated on May 1, and will last for three days.

The event is expected to organize meditation practices, tea tasting and prepare a vegetarian diet for participants to help them experience a different kind of life.

The temple will host two dinners for its 100 believers and 100 senior citizens respectively and a folk culture exhibition will also be held during the festival.
