Honeywell Performance Materials and Technologies has greatly contributed to Taicang's economic and social development, Party secretary of Taicang Shen Mi said on Feb 8.

Speaking at the meeting with Yu Feng, vice-president of the company, Shen said that Taicang is constructing a hub for scientific and innovative industries, a demonstration garden city, and model city of China-Germany cooperation.

"New material, biological medicine and high-end equipment manufacturing are Taicang's priorities for future development," Shen added.

He hopes to deepen cooperation with Honeywell and that the company can settle more projects in Taicang.

Yu Feng confirmed that Honeywell will continue promoting the development of the performance materials company and seek cooperation with Taicang in more fields.
