Taicang Art Museum

The art museum collects paintings and calligraphy works, carries out researches on the art of painting and calligraphy, organizes related trainings and also displays the paintings and calligraphy works of the modern times.

Opening hours: 9:00 – 16:00 from Tuesdays to Saturdays

Taicang Science Center

With the theme of exploring, discovering, and innovating, 11 pavilions are set up in the display areas of introducing science on the first and second floors, such as the vitality of science and the birth of the universe.

The third floor of the Taicang Science Center houses a maker base, a young maker base and a temporary pavilion. Scientific and cultural exchange activities are frequently held here.

Opening hours: 9:00 – 16:00 from Wednesdays to Sundays

Dragon and Lion Dance Gallery

The gallery is the only one of its kind in Taicang, displaying nearly 100 items used for the dragon and lion dances with different colors and sizes, including the customs for dragon and lion dancers and the balls played by the dragon and lion.

The gallery also presents the history and development of the dragon and lion dance in Taicang in pictures and words.
