A law seminar detailing hints and tips about equity transfer was held for a group of more than 20 young entrepreneurs in Taicang, Jiangsu province recently, according to Taicang Daily on Aug 29.

A senior lawyer and expert in capital financing was invited to explain the ins and outs of transferring full and part ownership in property to the young business people, including issues of limitation according to the law.

The seminar was organized by Taicang Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League and Taicang Association for Science and Technology.

In order to better serve and help small and micro enterprises, local government will organize a range of similar lectures on related subjects in the near future.
