Public library nearing fine scenery, open 24 hours

The library is located 350 meters to the southwest of the Tianjing Lake, one of the best preserved scenic sights in Taicang.

Spending some downtime around Tianjing Lake is a wonderful way to pass an idle afternoon. On calm days, the surface of the lake becomes a mirror and beautifully reflects the tranquil surroundings. The scenic spot, known as Tianjing Lake Cultural Science and Technology Industrial Park of the New Town, in Taicang city, Jiangsu province, also has a public square and an open grassy area that is ideal for flying kites.
