Kitamura Precision Equipment (Shanghai) is the first plant of Kitamura Manufacturing Co built in China since its establishment of the partnership 16 years ago. It is a developer and manufacturer of precision stamps, car parts, precision drawing parts, and molds, which are mostly used to make automobiles, digital cameras, and measuring instruments. The major partners it provided services for include Toyota Motor Corp, Hitachi Ltd, KITASHIBA Electric Co Ltd, and ASTI Corporation.

This is the second subordinate company to settle down in the Pingqian (Taicang) park following the settlement of ALPLA Group branch. The ALPLA Group, which is headquartered in Austria, is an international supplier of packaging system, bottles, caps, and injection molded parts. ALPHLA Group is one of the leading companies in the international plastic packaging solutions sector.
