A total of 400 taxis in Jiangsu's Suzhou belonging to 11 companies will be replaced with new cars within this August, said the local transport authorities recently.

Two new car models will be joining the city's taxi fleet. The new models will have extra features also, as they will be equipped with online payment devices that will accept Quick Pass and Alipay. And free Wi-Fi service will also be available in these new taxis.

Suzhou, the second most important city of the province, at present has 4,803 taxis in seven models. The number will not increase as the 400 new cars will only replace the old ones.
