Guyi Garden was one of the most famous gardens in South China during the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644) and is the largest of the five classic gardens in Shanghai.

Along with Guyi Garden, residents can also enjoy the flowers at 14 other sites across the city, including the People's Park in Huangpu district and Shanghai Botanic Garden in Xuhui district.
