A China-Norway contemporary ceramics exhibition, Beyond Shape and Structure, opened at Suzhou Jinji Lake Art Museum on May 24. The exhibition is displaying 34 works from 15 Chinese and Norwegian artists.

As one of the traditional Chinese art, ceramics were exported to northern Europe during the Ming and Qing Dynasty. Some galleries and museums in Norway still have collections of Chinese ceramics.

The exhibition China and Norway: Beyond Shape and Structure is aimed at cooperation and exchange.
