Cycling has transformed from a method of transportation into a low-carbon, ecological and healthy lifestyle among bike enthusiasts. The third 2014 cycling activity was held in Taicang on March 23, attracting 133 cycling enthusiasts from Taicang, Shanghai and Kunshan.

Wu Yixin is a 63-year-old cyclist from a local cycling club. He has been cycling for many years. “Cycling not only creates a pleasant life but also raises the quality of my life," Wu said.

The whole event takes about one hour and includes three lines - Taicang, Shaxi and Liuhe. After the event, some bike lovers picked up rubbish in Shaxi town to promote environmental protection.
