Taicang’s industrial design association was set up recently in an industrial museum, making Taicang the first county level city with an industrial association in Jiangsu province.

Taicang has long paid attention to industrial design. It built the LOFT industrial design park in 2009, which has become for a leader in industrial design innovation and incubation. Last year, Taicang industrial design park was included in the plan for the modernization demonstration zone in South Jiangsu province, which has greatly helped its development.
