The city of Taicang, Jiangsu province held the first cultural festival for Party and masses construction in the non-State-owned companies on June 24, with Zhang Biao, head of Taichang municipal organization department taking part.

Zhang addressed the gathering and said that the festival is another carrier of innovation for the Party and masses construction in the city. Through the injection of cultural factors, the full combination of Party and masses construction and company culture is expected to be achieved in the non-State-owned companies, to further improve the transformation and upgrading in these companies.

The first session of the festival will last from the end of June to the end of October, including 17 activities to express 4 chapters, team cooperation, cultural combination, quality enhancement and humanistic care.
