Taicang Modern Agricultural Ecology Garden has been approved as a 4A national scenic spot, according to a notice issued by the approval committee.

Taicang Modern Agricultural Ecology Garden, located in eastern Suzhou, spans 8,000 mu (533 hectares). It boasts various attractions, including sightseeing spots, technology demonstration areas, science education activities, and venues for holidays, weddings and celebrations.

Visitors to the garden can not only enjoy beautiful scenery and rare plant species, but also learn about high-tech agricultural technology.

To date, Suzhou is home to four 5A scenic spots, 28 4A spots, 18 3A spots, nine AA spots and 61 A-level spots.
