Tourist attractions in Binhu district, Wuxi, East China's Jiangsu province have introduced a variety of camping trips to cater to tourists during the upcoming five-day May Day holiday that will start on April 30.
The Yuantouzhu, or Turtle Head Island, scenic area has launched three types of camping packages to suit groups of different sizes. Band performances, games and DIY activities will also be held to add more fun.
At Sunac Resort, tourists can get close to nature by pitching tents on the lawn, beside the river or within the ocean park. Admission to the resort will be free during the holiday period. Various amusement park attractions and activities such as outdoor concerts and movies will also be available.
Over at Plum Garden, campers can indulge in coffee and desserts, watch motorcycle shows, play mini golf, and visit a creative cultural products market.
Other camping sites in Binhu district include the Taqing Farm in Mashan and the Hongsha Bay Ecological Agricultural Park which has a playground for children and an orchard for people to pick fruits.
A carnival featuring activities like canoeing, horse riding, and painting will also be held on May 3 at the Shuanghong Garden.
