Tourist attractions in Binhu district, Wuxi, East China's Jiangsu province have prepared a variety of activities for the upcoming Lantern Festival which falls on Feb 15 this year.
Yuantouzhu

An orchid exhibition is currently being held in Yuantouzhu, or Turtle Head Island, in Binhu, as the flower usually blooms from December to March. Visitors can have a cup of orchid tea in the island's Jiangnan Orchid Garden.
Lingshan Mountain Scenic Area

On the day of the Lantern Festival, the Lingshan Mountain Scenic Area will be offering free glutinous rice balls to visitors.
Plum Garden

The Plum Garden in Binhu is an ideal place to admire plum flowers as it boasts more than 40 species of over 10,000 plum trees. The Yangtze River Delta Plum Culture and Tourism Festival is being held in the garden until March 13.
Sunac Land
On Feb 15, visitors can bring their pets to Sunac Land and Sunac Ocean Park. Festival activities such as solving lantern riddles, a parade float and light shows will be held during the holiday.
