An exhibition about the history of the Communist Party of China (CPC) in Binhu district, Wuxi opened on June 28 to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the CPC.
The exhibition has four chapters: the New-Democratic Revolution, the socialist revolution, reform and opening up, and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics.
The exhibits showcase the influence of the May 4 Movement of 1919 and Marxism in Binhu, local Party building and the peasant movement, and other important historical events over the past 100 years.
Visitors can also learn about the achievements Binhu has made in various fields including technological development and major infrastructure construction under the leadership of the CPC.
