Wuxi's Binhu district recently held a meeting with 10 leading enterprises from the Chinese short video and live stream association to negotiate cooperation in local livestreaming e-commerce development.

The meeting witnessed the signing of cooperation projects to develop local digital businesses and a livestreaming e-commerce industrial cluster.

Wuxi Studios, a national filmmaking base located in Binhu, and Shangshi, a Beijing investment company, agreed to work together to foster the high-quality development of the local livestreaming e-commerce industry through the setting up of an industrial fund and talent training.

Sun Haidong, director of Binhu, said that he hopes Wuxi Studios could strengthen cooperation with internet companies through the meeting to boost local digital cultural industries. He also extended a welcome to entrepreneurs to create innovations and make investments there.
