A simulation of a famous scene in the Romance of Three Kingdoms.

A palace of King of Wu in the Three Kingdoms.

This national AAAAA scenic spot contains a lot of classical architectures, such as buildings in the style of the Three Kingdoms period, with the main attractions being a palace of King of Wu, imperial harem, Ganlu Temple, a Han Dynasty tripod, a water stockade of Cao’s military encampment, and a water stockade from Wu’s military encampment.

There are buildings from the Water Margin, whose main attractions are an imperial palace, Fan wine shop, river street, royal street, Zishi street, and Liangshan Mountain.

And there are landscapes from the Ming and Qing dynasties (1368 - 1911), such as the “courtyard of old Beijing” and the “street of old Shanghai”. These all have elaborate designs from experts who did a great deal of research and represent the architecture and historic feel of the times. Some, such as the Ganlu Temple, can only be seen here.

There are colorful performances, a highlight of Wuxi tourism involving horse battles, song, dance, and stunts, for example, the “fierce fight between three brothers and Lv Bu” (from the Romance of Three Kingdoms), the secrets that stuntmen use, and a gorgeous “classical Chinese beauty”. The programs demonstrate film and television techniques with good visual and audio effects to take audiences back through history.
