Binhu district's CPPCC, in the city of Wuxi in Jiangsu province, held a conference on Nov 21. Its chairman, Liu Hongxing, and his delegation went on to inspect the district's eco-civilization demonstration pilot area.

Liu affirmed the district's fruitful results in eco-civilization construction. Saying that Binhu should focus on making cost-effective economic reforms, promoting energy-saving and pollution-reduction, as well as eco-civilization construction to boost the district to become more harmonious and livable.
